Book per session. Each session will be a combination of stopping stress and positive mind practices that come from meditation, meditation in action, Eagle Techniques Pranayama and in some cases yoga asana. Each session will be customized for the practices that will move you forward the quickest for stopping stress and changing the negative mind to neutral mind and then to strengthen your positive mind, which will also stop stress and overwhelm.
