About Kira

Kira is serial multi-7-figure entrepreneur, a Meditation Master in multiple disciplines, an Avatar at Breathing Practices, and teaches how to go from early-stage burnout to healthy for business by stopping the stress response in 7-12 minutes per day. She has also spent more than 25 years perfecting meditation for business, which lead her to achieve these results and more:

The Eagle Institute Ltd. was started because meditation literally saved my life. I was on a crash course for burnout and meditation turned it around for me. I have curated practices that work in 7-12-min per day to stop the stress response, unlike the 2 hours per day that I learned.
